Is pickup and delivery free?

Yes. Laundry Zee currently offers free pickup and delivery for every order in our active service areas.

Which areas do you serve?

We currently serve Velachery, Adambakkam, Madipakkam, Ullagaram, Nanganallur and Keelkattalai. Message us with your location if you are nearby.

How quickly will I get my order back?

Steam Ironing is delivered within 24 hours. Wash & Fold and Wash & Iron are next-day services. Dry Wash is generally completed within 48 hours.

What if a garment needs special treatment?

We let you know by WhatsApp or phone, sharing the recommended approach and a photo where helpful. We proceed only after you approve.

Are the listed prices final?

All listed prices include GST. Final billing is confirmed after the garments are received and checked, particularly for special-care or oversized items.

Can I cancel or change a scheduled pickup?

You can cancel or reschedule through our team up to six hours before the pickup. Closer to the time, please call us directly so we can help.
