Terms & Conditions

Effective September 2026. Please read these terms before handing over an order to Laundry Zee.

Service acceptance

By placing an order or handing over items, you authorise Pure Laundryzee Private Limited (Laundry Zee) to provide the requested care service and agree to these terms. We may decline an item where its condition, material, label instructions or requested treatment creates an unreasonable risk.

Inspection & special care

Garments are checked on receipt. If we identify a stain, existing damage, colour-fastness concern, missing care label, fabric risk or a need for special treatment, we may contact you by WhatsApp or call. Where approval is required, the order or affected garment remains on hold until we receive it.

Prices, pickup & delivery

Published prices are inclusive of GST. Final charges are based on the items received, service chosen, and any agreed special-care treatment. Free pickup and delivery is currently offered within Laundry Zee’s active service areas and may be changed with notice. Delivery times are indicative and can vary for garment-specific care or customer approval.

Customer responsibilities

Please empty pockets and disclose any special stains, damage or fabric information where known. Laundry Zee is not responsible for loose items left in pockets, including valuables, cash, cards, jewellery or documents.

Loss, damage & compensation

If Laundry Zee is found responsible for loss or damage to an item, compensation is assessed case by case. Our maximum liability is limited to 100% of the service charge billed for the affected item or order, as applicable. It does not include the purchase price, replacement value, sentimental value, or any indirect loss associated with the garment.

Cancellation & changes

Customers can request cancellation or rescheduling up to six hours before a confirmed pickup. For changes within six hours, please call our team. Any applicable charge or exception is considered case by case.
