We use this information to arrange pickup and delivery, process and quality-check orders, communicate service updates, respond to support questions, and improve our services. We may contact you through WhatsApp or phone in connection with your order.

Sharing & protection

We share information only with team members and service providers who need it to operate Laundry Zee, such as delivery personnel or technology providers. We do not sell personal information. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no electronic system is completely secure.

Retention

We retain booking and order records for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, customer support, legal obligations and dispute handling.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information where applicable, or opt out of non-essential promotional messages. Some information may need to be retained for completed orders, legal obligations or legitimate business records.
